Who we are
Family Bible Church is a Church plant from Liberty Bible Church in Chesterton. in the mid 90's. Originally we met at the Portage High School Auditorium. In 2019, We purchased our present building in 2019.
Family Bible Church is affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church of America. EFCA Statement of Faith
Our mission is to Become involved with people, so they might know Christ Personally Follow Him completely and Make Him known broadly.
Our Pastor
Pastor David McGrath became our Pastor in 2005
He has been Pastoring since 2000.
Pastor Dave is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. He studied Pastoral Ministries with a Greek Emphasis
Pastor Dave earned his Masters Degree [ThM] from Dallas Theological Seminary, Dallas TX.
Pastor Dave's passion is to preach in a way that stimulates faith and motivates life change.
