Second Hour

Following the Service is what we like to call "Second Hour". It is a time for everyone to gather together with their peers to have fun, make new friends and study the word of God to learn how to live, laugh and love.

Prayer Ministry

Family Bible Church is committed to prayer. Jesus said in Mark 11:17 - "My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations..."

Family Bible Church believes in the power of prayer. "Call unto me and I will show you great and mighty things you do not know." - Jeremiah 33:3 "If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray...." II Chronicles 7:14

Family Bible Church prays...for others, for one another...with one another. "...where two or three come together in My name, there am I with them." - Matthew 18:20 We are here to serve you. Feel free to let us know how we can support you and encourage you. Our desire is to pray biblically, faithfully, individually and corporately so that together we may know and love God more intimately, and glorify Him as He empowers us for daily life and ministry.

Outreach Ministries Commission

Outreach Ministries Commission Mission Statement: "To provide opportunities for our people to grow in their vision and commitment to make Jesus Christ known locally and throughout the world."

Outreach Minisitries offers:

• Benevolence Ministry - offering short term financial assistance to those in our community with financial needs - by working with First Contact, Portage Township Trustee, Portage Food Pantry.
• Consistent financial contributions to the support of eight missionaries - local and worldwide.
• Short Term Mission opportunities.
• Training and resources for Family Bible Church members and attendees to accomplish the Family Bible Church Mission of becoming involved with people so they will know Christ personally, follow Him completely and make Him known broadly.
